公司沿革

●1997年 8月/Aug 1997
由首任董事長 李哲輝創立，率領一群具有15年以上專門製造晶粒盤經驗與技術的工作夥伴，設址於新店市寶中路
Founded by Chairperson Li Che-hui on Baozhong Road, Sindian City, Taipei County, with partners of 15 or more years of experience and know-how in Chip tray manufacture.

 

●2000年 7月/Jul 2000
李董事長 哲輝屆齡退休，董事會推舉 陳錦龍先生接任
The Board of Directors elected Mr. Chen Chin-Lung to chair the board after the retirement of former Chairperson Li Ze-hui.

 

●2004年 4月/Apr 2004
因業務量擴增快速，遷廠至新店市中正路新廠，增加最新設備，擴編增才
Moved factory to the new site on Jhongheng Road, Sindian City,Taipei County; increased the latestequipment; and expanded manpower to cope with the fast-growing business.

 

●2005年 7月/Jul 2005
為因應組織成長強化效能，將公司依權責區分為生產部、品保部、業務部、行政部、工程部；期許各部門發揮最加作業效率
Re-organized the company into the production, QA, sales, administration and engineering departments by their responsibility and authority to cope with the organizational growth and to strengthen efficiency in order to display the optimal operational efficiency of departments.

 

●2005年12月/Dec 2005
引進顧問團隊，通過專業顧問進行全員品質能力與管理提昇，建立持續改善機制，達成客戶服務滿意服務品質
Introduced the consulting team to implement Quality Management, to establish System for continual improvement, and to realize services and quality that meet the requirements qf customers.

 

●2006年 5月/May 2006
通過ISO9001：2000國際品質管理系統驗證
Passed the certification of ISO9001:2000 International Standard for quality management system.

 

●2007年 3月/Mar 2007
為提升產品競爭力及符合客戶需求，擴建無塵室至100級的處理能力
Enhanced the clean-room capacity to Leve 100 to enhance product competitiveness and to fulfill customer requirements.
